Biography
Dr. Jose Vera-Agullo is Chemical Engineer by the University of Alicante (Spain) and received is PhD working with carbon nanofibers composites in 2008. He has published more than 10 papers in international journals and holds three patents in nanotechnology related materials. He currently serves as the manager of Concrete Group in the R&D department of ACCIONA Infrastructure. He has experience in participating in national and international research projects, most of them related to the modification and use of nanomaterials in cement matrices with the aim of increasing energy efficiency in buildings and infrastructure. He is also in charge of consultancy activities at work site related with cementitious materials
